Designed for clients over the age of 40, this type of evaluation includes several tests that are not covered-benefits under most typical insurance policies. This examination is of particular interest to our National and International clients. Please note that all medical fees and costs related to travel/lodging for medical examinations and professional services are tax deductible within the limits of applicable local tax laws.
The Executive Physical:

Extensive blood, urine, and stool tests

Whole Body CT/PET Scan to rule out malignancy

Consultative Medicine:
Dr. Melamed provides the following evaluations, which usually require one visit, and possibly a followup visit to discuss appropriate results:
Pre-operative Evaluation:
Done upon request of your surgeon to ensure you are able to safely undergo anesthesia and surgery. This evaluation usually includes a physical examination, cardiac stress myoview test, chest radiograph, and appropriate laboratory tests. The full evaluation and report will be available to your physician on the same day.
Second Opinion Evaluation:
Provided as a service to clients who wish to obtain another opinion about the course of therapy recommended by their own primary physician. This report is provided to the client with recommendations for further discussion with their primary physician.
Confidential Consultations:
A service provided to both current and new clients to have an evaluation in confidence.
Comprehensive Weight Management:
This evaluation includes a body fat analysis, screening for The Metabolic Syndrome, along with specific recommendations for lifestyle modifications of diet and exercise, and if appropriate, safe medical therapy to assist with weight loss.
Men's Health:
A same day comprehensive evaluation especially designed for men, focusing on sexual and prostate health. In addition to an evaluation by Dr. Melamed, this consultation includes full evaluations by an excellent Endocrinologist and Urologist. Appropriate laboratory tests and ultrasound will be performed.
Medical-Legal Consulting:
Including Expert Testimony, Worker's compensation evaluations, and Accidental injury.
